Free Project Management Training for your Voluntary Organisation

DVPM is a one-day course in the fundamentals of project management tailored for Volunteer & Community Groups. It’s sponsored by Dell, free to participants and approved by the Project Management Institute / Educational Foundation (PMI/EF http://pmief.org).

The next Limerick training session is 

  • Friday 8th March, 10am to 4:00pm.
  • at Dell Technologies, Raheen, Limerick.

  • Dell experienced Project Managers are on hand to deliver Project Management
    training to charities or voluntary organisations
  • Get the corporate insight into Project Management and ask Dell’s Project
    Managers for their thoughts
  • It’s an interactive session with exercises to build out live examples so bring a
    project you are currently working on to get the most of the session
  • Refreshments will be provided on the day
  • Sponsored by Dell and free to participants

Training Summary
Practical tools & techniques from the PMI Educational Foundation are covered, topics include:
o Create a Scope document
o Define a Schedule
o Create a Communication plan
o Kick off a project
o Monitor and Control a project
o Close a project
Training is delivered over a 6 hour session in a central Limerick city venue
